The project

Situated directly opposite the Grade II listed Battersea Park, Vista forms part of the Nine Elms regeneration. Built on the former QVC/Marco Polo House site, the two contemporary residential buildings will provide 456 residential units consisting of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, duplexes and penthouses, many of which are dual aspect, together with 1,300 sq m commercial space.

The Outdoor Deck Company supplied and installed Ipe timber screens and hidden access doors across the two large green communal courtyards and service areas. The darker hues of Ipe timber screens compliment the colours of the residential buildings and lush green outdoor spaces.

Designed to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4, the Battersea Vista scheme meets the Mayor’s London Housing Design Guidance.
