The Outdoor Deck Company have recently installed IPE timber decking on the stunning roof terrace at 100 Bishopsgate located in the square mile of London. 100 Bishopsgate is part of a mixed-use commercial development and the forty storey tower is anchored by five contigious podium floors and will provide an area of 944,900 sqft.
The Outdoor Deck Company were commissioned by Multiplex for the 190m2 project. The stunning roof top relaxation space blends the tones of the natural IPE timber decking with the contrasting green landscaping areas. A mixed tenure project that included the planter and lawn garden to be also installed on pedestals. The install was build in sections to accommodate the requirement for it to be removed by crane and reinstated to enable access to emergency backup generators.
