Project Description

Located in London's Fitzrovia, Corner House is a residential development completed in 2015. A decade later, three of the building’s roof terraces have been upgraded, replacing the original timber decking with a Class A fire-rated decking system.

The Outdoor Deck Company supplied Zerodeck Porcelain in the Malabar finish for the refurbishment. The new decking was supported by Buzon Class A fire-rated metal pedestals and rails, with the existing roof waterproofing membrane retained beneath.

The completed installation gives all three residential terraces a durable, low-maintenance finish and enhanced fire performance.
